Our brewery consists of a mash tun that is different from most breweries. The special process includes applying direct heat to the wort instead of heating with a steam jacket. The sugars carmelize to give a unique taste to our beers that make them one of a kind. Currently, we have four beers formulated for purchase. Please check below for information on each of our particular styles. The beers can be purchased in refillable 1L & 2L growlers, 5 gallon kegs, and 15.5 gallon kegs.
